8 Sail Brewery is located in the shadows of the unique eight-sailed windmill in the rural village of Heckington, near Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Set-up in 2010, the 1,200 Litre equipment brewed its first beer in June of that year, and is now an established award winning micro-brewery
The brewery aims to recreate traditional beer styles as well as beers to suit the modern taste.
