Introducing our latest band collaboration brew La Bruja 4.2% Session IPA. We had the pleasure of inviting the magnificent The Grey to brew with us while they were on tour, to brew up a super sessionable IPA crammed full of delicious hops! It's also named after a track on their new album: La Bruja, meaning 'The Witch' in Spanish.
Brewed with Heidelberg malt and oats for low colour and a smooth finish, then conditioned on Citra and Mosaic Cryo and Talus and Sabro T90 and finally fermented with London Fog yeast.
Expect freshly cut melon, refreshing citrus and a touch of coconut. Perfect for late summer nights and post coven merriment.
