A complex and refreshing beer brewed using local fresh rhubarb.
Rhubarb & Custard only comes around once a year, and that’s because we use 120kg of freshly grown rhubarb from our friends at Hammonds Produce in Nottingham. You may ask where the custard comes in, well we use an unfermentable sugar lactose in the brewing process leaving the creamy sweetness. Then we’ve added 12kg of Madagascan Vanilla resulting in our stupidly delicious Rhubarb & Custard Pale!
