The first step in its creation, requires Belgian brew masters to brew and then ferment this unique beer in Belgium. Only then once matured, is it ready to be sent to France. Where this wonderful brew made from barley is transformed into a majestic sparkling nectar. All via the magic of centuries-old techniques.
A delicate pale golden appearance, refined tiny bubbles and a meringue-like foam. Light-medium-bodied, dlicate and complex. It starts with smooth attack, developing the palate with a dessert apple fruitiness with a sublimely subtle dry spiced finish and elegant balance.
