It feels an age since we last dropped a Westie, doesn’t it? The style which grabbed us by the shirt collar all those years ago and set us upon this slippery slope of turning craft beer into a career, we’ve always been incredibly conscious of dropping in the odd homage to those beers without which we wouldn’t be here today. Miami Feelings, named for a recent trip our founder Sean took to the Sunshine State where he stumbled upon some of the most incredible IBU-rich beers he’s tasted in years, is everything we love about this landmark style – crisp, clean, with a biscuity sweetness that plays against the aggressively bitter hopping perfectly. A hop bill of US titans Simcoe, Citra, and Chinook make up this beer that is perfectly suited to a sun-drenched evening watching the sun go down.
