We’ve set the foundations of this beer off with a hearty hot side addition of Citra BBC pellets; specifically designed for hot side usage and bringing a bright, zippy bitterness to proceedings. Layered on top of this we’ve brought a four way dance of varieties that are massive in-house favourites here at Polly’s. Talus hits with a smack of pink grapefruit to accentuate the undercurrent of bitterness, before Citra Lupomax, Simcoe and Sabro bring ultra juicy citrus, stonefruit, and tropical notes to the party.
