The Kernel Baltic Porter
We've taken the bones of our Export India Porter recipe to form the basis of this Baltic Porter. The most significant difference is that it's fermented with lager yeast and lagered for 9 weeks, this creates a cleaner, smoother creamier texture. The flavour profile has more dark chocolate with still some milk chocolate velvetiness. The Baltic porter isn't dry hopped and the roastiness has been toned down a little for drinkability.
