 Citra, Strata and Motueka make you cocktails on a beachfront; bright, punchy passionfruit and papaya is met with the distinctive acidity of freshly squeezed limes, and tamed with cooling, mouthwatering strawberry and watermelon. In the background; a whiff of something dank and herbaceous in the air, the scent of fresh basil leaves torn and dropped into marinara, and the gentle warmth of dried red chilli pepper. A delicate dosing of lactose cushions the hop intensity, rounds out the flavours with a touch of sweetness, and results in a textured and complex finish.
